How to Participate

To participate in Charity Champions, high schools must:

  1. Apply for participation by February 17, 2018.

  2. Once selected, submit an Activity Plan detailing fundraising/awareness raising plans to the best of your ability, and submit your school's W-9 to receive $250 seed money.

  3. Provide Altice Connects with an Optimum Publicity Release Form or a Suddenlink Publicity Release Form for participating students.

  4. Invite Altice Connects to attend and cover at least one fundraising event at which, or after which, Altice Connects will donate $1,000 to your charity.

  5. Fundraising/awareness raising activities and events that are considered eligible during program period must take place between February 24, 2018 and June 25, 2018.
